I created a crunchy, slightly salty snack, and slightly oily . I had heard about these through the "grapevine" and so I created my own recipe.
Roasted Garbanzo beans.
- Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated Fatty acids.
- Monounsaturated fat
- Sodium (with Iodine if Table salt)
